14. Greenify the Android Device
If an Android is suffering from battery drain, then download and install the free Greenify app. Greenify saves both battery life and improves Android performance by putting the apps in a hibernation state to reduce the total number of apps running in the background on the device. The app can be used to stop push messages, widgets, alarms, and other services to improve performance.
