13. Fiat Leak: Flow of money into Bitcoin
While we’re at the subject of money there’s been one development the significance of which we’re yet to fully measure: Bitcoin.
It’s a virtual currency like no other, and it is spreading like wildfire. A number of fairly well known companies have started accepting it, like Namecheap, Reddit, NewEgg, WordPress, and so on. A lot of small businesses all over the world are in on it as well. Governments are looking into it while entire economies have already sprung up around it. Some look at it as digital gold or digital silver.
Fiat Leak shows you a number of world currencies flowing into Bitcoin in real time. For example, if someone buys Bitcoins using dollars, it will illustrate Bitcoins flying from dollars and the amount bought.
